Therefore, through the AVM practice system, students will be taught in line with their school key stages to achieve the expected attainment levels of the subject while gaining overall development of brain-based skills.
Aim
Aim of our Abacus program is to enable students to perform mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy without using pen and paper. AVM aims to be the most exciting place for children to experience and learn arithmetic using the traditional Japanese abacus method. The AVM believes that this ancient art of learning arithmetic will eradicate the mental barriers of learning mathematics among children and ultimately boost the overall education of the child. This bears long term benefits and improves academic performance. AVM strengthen and improve basic mathematical calculation ability of all students, e.g., from average/ below average to a bright student.
